Cancellation Policy
When a digital software order can be changed or cancelled.
Before digital fulfillment
If you need to cancel or correct an order, contact Coppera Studio as soon as possible. An order that has not yet been digitally fulfilled may be eligible for cancellation, subject to payment and processing status.
After delivery
Once digital software, license information, entitlement details or activation information has been delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible where permitted by applicable law. Refund eligibility is then considered under the Refund Policy.
Incorrect configuration
Please verify edition, version, platform, region and number of users before checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us before fulfillment.
Our right to cancel
We may cancel or hold orders involving failed payment, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable inventory or information requiring verification. Where payment has been captured for an order we cancel, the appropriate refund will be issued.
